Change has been an integral part of my life since I was 6 months old. Having hopped around the world living in the Middle East, Brazil and the UK, it’s given me a deep understanding of how different people react to change, how to bring diverse groups of people together and how to connect with what people are feeling and saying, as well as not saying.

I am also a data nerd and love the logic and clarity that data brings. I feel very fortunate to have worked within the Pharmaceutical Industry for over 20 years and whether I’ve been close to data, leading data science teams or leveraging it for decision making leading global drug development teams. I know the confidence data can bring to any situation! 

Over the last 10 years I’ve had the opportunity to combine these two wonderful areas of curiosity to me, designing, leading and driving transformations across companies with a human-centred approach.

In 2023, I founded Impactful Authenticity to support senior leaders and their teams in the pharmaceutical industry. Our approach is grounded in data and co-created with the people impacted. We’ve built a framework that’s actionable, adaptable, and results-driven, helping leaders reduce the distractions of transformation and re-focus on what matters most—outcomes for patients, their teams and themselves.
