#028: Spinning Plates: Overcoming guilt, time-boxing, being adaptable in a VUCA world and feeling able to let it go!

This week I spoke to Kim Hacquoil. Kim has worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a statistician for over 15 years. She is Chief Data Scientific Officer at Exploristics, a global provider of biostatistics consultancy services and specialised statistical software supporting the development of new medicines, medical diagnostics and devices. Her work there helps deliver dynamic and innovative analytics solutions to the biomedical sector and she is passionate about harnessing data more effectively to drive better decision-making.

 

Kim is also an active member of PSI. As Careers Director she leads initiatives promoting medical statistics to school and university students as well as supporting members working in the industry with continued professional development
