#065: The beauty of silence: Being aware of the advice monster, creating space for others and staying curious

Today I welcome Alun Bedding to the show. Alun has worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a statistician for over 30 years and four years ago qualified as a coach through the Academy of Executive Coaching in 2020, gaining the International Coaching Federation credential of Associate Certified Coach in 2023.  


Since 2020, he has amassed over 400 hours of coaching working with individuals and teams.  A passionate advocate of coaching, he has appeared on podcasts, webinars and blogs extolling the benefits of coaching.

He believes that coaching is for everyone and that anyone can benefit from a good coach.
